In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk455" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at pk455.com, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services operated under the pk455 brand.
• "Platform" means the pk455 website, its software, gaming systems, betting engines, payment infrastructure, and all related digital services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on pk455 and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with pk455.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals on pk455 are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account by pk455 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that pk455 is required to conduct on all Player accounts prior to authorising withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to pk455 and its operating entity.
• "You" or "Your" refers to the Player accessing or using the pk455 Platform.

By accessing the pk455 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pk455 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on pk455, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk455 strictly prohibits access to minors. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to pk455 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of pk455 or any of its affiliated game providers and technology partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on pk455 or any other platform with which pk455 shares exclusion lists.
• You must not be registered under a false identity, acting on behalf of a third party, or operating the Account for commercial purposes other than personal entertainment.

pk455 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on pk455. The registration of multiple Accounts by any individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. pk455 uses this information to verify your identity as part of its KYC process.

You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. Material changes — including changes to your name, address, or primary payment method — must be communicated to pk455 support promptly.

pk455 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk455 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pk455 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Player's Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full financial and legal responsibility for all such activity.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pk455 support immediately at [email protected]. pk455 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

pk455 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications, OTP-based new-device verification, and automated suspicious-activity monitoring to protect your Account. Notwithstanding these measures, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on pk455 are transacted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pk455 Account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the pk455 Cashier section. pk455 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Cashier section. Processing times vary by method but are generally completed within 1–5 business days.

Refused Withdrawals: pk455 reserves the right to withhold or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where KYC verification remains incomplete. In such cases, pk455 will notify the Player and request the relevant documentation.

• You may only withdraw funds using payment methods registered to your verified identity.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• pk455 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or mobile wallet providers.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

All sports bets placed on pk455 — including cricket, PSL markets, UFC, and all other available events — are subject to the specific rules governing each market, sport, and bet type. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Casino games — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and arcade titles — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier. pk455 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino outcomes. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by live dealers and are not subject to any form of platform manipulation.

pk455 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure has affected the integrity of the outcome;
• A bet has been placed in error at an obviously incorrect odds price (palpable error);
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corrupt activity, or irregular betting patterns on the relevant market;
• The bet was placed in breach of any provision of these Terms.

Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance. No additional compensation will be payable in connection with a voided bet.

pk455 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk455 promotions include the following:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be removed from the Account without replacement.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus wagers on live sports markets contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement; casino slot wagers contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%.
• pk455 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect a Player who has already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be operating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all Accounts closed and all associated funds forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk455 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on pk455, whether under the same or different identity information;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display faults to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated in this manner will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting across multiple Accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or deliberately circumventing wagering requirements;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format to manipulate outcomes;
• Using the pk455 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward pk455 support staff or other Players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's Account or to pk455's backend systems.

pk455 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Every pk455 Account has access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk455 Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up displays showing your net session profit or loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from the pk455 Platform for a set period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break option for Players who wish to pause without committing to full self-exclusion.

All content on the pk455 Platform — including but not limited to: software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, audiovisual content, written text, data compilations, and platform architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk455 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pk455 software;
• Use any pk455 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pk455;
• Create derivative works based on any pk455 content or interface element.

Any unauthorised use of pk455's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk455 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform;
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond pk455's reasonable control, including failures caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet infrastructure;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game results;
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk455's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In no event shall pk455's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk455 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk455.com/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by pk455 is used for the following purposes: Account management, KYC identity verification, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

pk455 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with: payment processors required to complete your transactions, KYC verification service providers, regulatory bodies where legally required, and technology partners operating under strict data processing agreements.

pk455 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk455 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the pk455 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pk455.com/terms-conditions, and the effective date stated at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the pk455 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming license standards under which pk455 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk455, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pk455 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by the licensing authority under which pk455 operates. Details of this mechanism are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
